- Get 1 Cup Long Length Cut Capcicum
- Take As required Oil for Cooking
Steps to make Bread Veggie Manchurian:
- For making balls: In a Jar put Bread Pieces and blend it to make Bread Crumb of it Afterwards Chopped Ginger Garlic and keep aside and Chopped all Veggies and keep aside.
- Now take Big Utensil add all bread Crumbs into it then add all the Veggies,Red Chilli Powder, Half Cup Corn flour,Salt to taste and mix well all ingredients and make balls of it and deep fry all balls in a Kadhai or Pan in a medium or high flame.
- Now for Gravy take a Kadhai add 2 Spoon full Oil add Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies and heat on medium flame for 2 min in between prepare Sauce for Manchurian adding 1 Spoon Vinegar,1 Spoon Soy Sauce, Half Cup Tomato ketchup and prepare Corn flour Starch in half Cup Water add two Spoon Corn flour mix well.
- After 2 min on frying Ginger Garlic add Long Length Cut Capcicum 1 Cup into it and half fry it for 5 min then add All Sauces with half Cup Water lastly add Corn flour Starch into it cook for 5 min add salt for taste, Black Pepper Powder.
- Now cook the Gravy for 5 to 7 mins. Afterward, add all bread Veggie balls and switch off the flame mix well and serve it hot you can eat with Noodles and Fried Rice.
