  9. Make ready 4 ripe tomatoes(chopped)
  10. Get 1 chilly cube
  11. Take 1/4 tsp sugar

Serve with soft-layered Chapattis (Chapos) and Kachumbari to make it a meal. Drain the bananas and add to the pan followed by the tomatoes, salt and pepper and chillies; Mix well and add the water. Add the lemon juice and stir. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander.

  1. Peel, wash your potatoes…..boil them with a little salt till soft for about 10mins……mash them add paprika, garam masala, tumeric also add some salt if need be…add half of the corriander chopped……combine them
  2. Scoop alittle and make balls out of the mashed bananas……. shallow fry till golden brown…..
  3. In a pan fry onion+garlic till golden brown, add your tomatoes + spices of your choice + sugar(since tomatoes are acidic you add alittle sugar to kill the acid)……let them cook on low medium heat till they are juicy now add your fried banana balls….let them simmer……garnish with the remaining corriander
  4. Serve with chapati, spaghetti, rice,…..enjoy!

Peel and chop the bananas, then put them in a pan and add some water…just enough to cover the matoke. Add some salt, ½ tsp. chilli powder, coriander, chopped chilli, ½ tsp. turmeric. Cover and boil until soft and easy to mash. Then mash to an almost paste. Add the meat to the mashed matoke.
