  10. once the water has thickened remove from heat and cover.
  11. cook about 4 strips of bacon and dice.
  12. check on potatoes by inserting a fork, if its soft remove from oven.
  13. slice the potato open to add the ground beff.
  14. sprinkle cheese if it doesnt melt heat it up in microwave or place them back in the oven .
  15. once your cheese have melted add sour cream and bacon on top.
