  2. Take 2 cup Wheat Flour

  1. In a bowl,put leftover dal,wheat flour & all the ingredients except pure ghee.
  2. Knead well to make a smooth dough No need to add water.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it in small balls.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball & make a chapati.Heat the tawa & put it on it - Cook from one side.
  5. Pour 1 tsp of pure ghee& spread it around.Flip and cook the pure ghee side.
  6. Repeat the process and cook the other side by applying few drops of ghee
  7. When evenly cooked from both sides,Remove & serve hot with achar and curd.
