- Cook Quinoa in water with an added pinch of salt until all the water has been absorbed

- Once veggies are cooked to your liking add in the garlic powder and oregano
- Next (you can use the same skillet) push all the veggies to one side of the pan, add the remaining oil to the cleared out side and cook your two eggs here and add salt and pepper to taste (can also do this on a separate pan)
- Once eggs are all scrambled and cooked, combine it with the veggies in the skillet
- Once all combined add in cooked quinoa and mix in the sauces, once all incorporated taste and add any more salt, pepper or garlic powder you feel is missing
