  5. Brush the inner part of the steamer with oil. Make sure the dumplings do not touch each other. At the bottom of the steamer pour water some ginger and fresh green chilli for a nice aroma. Optional : You can use pork rib/leg bones or chicken broth if you're making a chicken or pork dumpling. Steam for 10-15 mins
  6. While the dumpling is being steamed. Make the tomato chutney. Cook all the ingredients for 15-20 mins and mash it properly. Flavour with parsley and salt
  7. Serve hot and enjoy :)
