Instructions to make Almond Cake:
- Melt the measured butter by the ‘Double Boiler Method’ & set it aside…Also, prepare the baking pan ready by greasing/smearing with some butter & lined with the parchment paper, cut in accordance with the shape of the pan
- Now, in a large mixing bowl: Add in the four eggs & the measured sugar & whisk it well with either an electric beater/blender, etc. or manually until it becomes absolutely light & fluffy
- Sift well all the dry ingredients together and now add the same into the wet mixture that’s been prepared
- Fold everything gently with a spatula by using the ‘Cut & Fold’ method… Add these dry ingredients, in batches of 2-3 & don’t put everything altogether…
- Add into it the Almond Flour & mix gently again until all, well combined together to form a nice & smooth consistency…
- At this point- Add in the melted butter & give a final nice & gentle mix…(Please always do remember not to over mix it at any point, in order to get the finer delectable results)
- Once the batter’s ready- Pour it into the already prepared Baking Tray/Pan/Dish & tap the same, a few times in order to release the trapped air inside (if at all any) & now, sprinkle the Almond Flakes/Slices on it's top
- Now put it inside the preheated oven @170-180C to bake it for about 30-40 mins time or until the ‘Toothpick Taste’ comes out clean
- The scrumptious & decadent ALMOND CAKE is ready to be grabbed
