  3. once tender, drain the water then add butter oil and salt and pepper. put pot lid on, hold firmly and shake pot to rough uo the spuds.
  4. empty pot onto hot tray. spread potatoes evenly and bake on fan bake for 10-20min depending on the quantity u cook.
