- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Take a 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and put it to the side.
- Put Ketchup to the side.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- use a pan ( i prefer roasting pan ) shape your meatloaf to desired shape and place in pan.
- take 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle over your uncooked meatloaf.
- Cover and place uncooked meatloaf in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- after 30 minutes take meatloaf out of the oven. remove all access juice from bottom of pan ( i use a turkey baster )
- take your ketchup and spread across entire meatloaf.
- place back in oven for 15 minutes.
- after 15 minutes turn your oven to broil low and cook for another 15 minutes
- after 15 minutes on broil your meatloaf is done!
