  3. In a separate dish mash all the bananas but keep one for the topping.
  4. Add bananas to cake mix and mix through.
  5. Sieve your plain four and gradually add to mixture.
  6. In a greased cake tin pour your mixture into it. Rest for 5 minutes
  7. Place a shallow dish with an inch worth of water at the bottom of the oven.
  8. Bake the loaf for 20min at 200’C.
  9. Lower oven to 180’C and bake for further 40 minutes.
  10. Take out of oven and let cool.
