- Toss the carrots to coat in the oil/starch mixture and let bake for 45 minutes
- Mix the tarragon and salt together then season the carrots with it before serving
Toss carrots with olive oil, cumin and paprika. Place the carrot slices in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and salt. Lay the carrots in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Cut carrots into fries and combine in a large bowl with olive oil, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
