  4. Bake, uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour…….
  5. After the chicken has cooked for the full hour, pour salsa over chicken……..
  6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes more……
  7. Serve with white rice or yellow rice and enjoy šŸ˜‰!!

Bake until the cheese is melted. Add chicken to skillet in a single layer. Remove chicken to a serving platter; keep warm. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken. Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and pepper and dredge them in flour.
