  19. Prepare 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
  20. Get 2 tsp Sesame oil
  21. Prepare 1 Peanut oil for frying

Seasonings - low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar. Chicken breasts - chicken thighs will work great too, just a cook a few minutes longer. Drain, then rinse under cold running water and drain again.   7. Add some more peanut oil and and stir fry veggies (carrot, capsicum, zucchini, cauliflower, peas and corn) for 3 minutes.
  8. Add sauces and spices. Stir well.
  9. Add cabbage and stir fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring all the while.
  10. When you are happy that veggies are cooked to your liking, return the cooked chicken- onion- noodles. Stir well and serve.
