  3. Take 1/2 cup boiled milk

Instructions to make Curd Rice:
  1. Mash the cooked rice well and add curd,milk and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter. Now add urad dhal and fry till golden.
  3. Add ginger and fry 2 min, followed by green chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Pour over curd rice. Add pomegranate and coriander leaves. Mix well until combined.
  5. Serve with pickle or any spicy side dish.
