- Mash the cooked rice well and add curd,milk and salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter. Now add urad dhal and fry till golden.
- Add ginger and fry 2 min, followed by green chillies and curry leaves.
- Pour over curd rice. Add pomegranate and coriander leaves. Mix well until combined.
- Serve with pickle or any spicy side dish.
