  2. Rehydrate the hijiki by putting the dried hijiki into a bowl filled with plenty of water. Let soak for at least 30 min. Once soft, chop it up.
  3. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Then mix them well until the texture becomes sticky. Roll up the mixture into golf sized balls, pushing in the centre of ball a bit with your finger.
  4. Put olive oil into a pan. Fry the burgers on a low to medium heat with lid on. When one side has cooked well, turn over and fry with medium heat.
  5. Note: you can eat with Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce if you wish.
