- Massage the spices into the meat. Now add the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to the spread out meat.
- Push the cheese and breadcrumbs into the meatball mixture. Roll up and knead till mixed well. Now form into mini meatballs.
- Fry in a deep pan to toughen them up. I cooked in batches so as to not to bunch them up. Add the ground sirloin to the pan. Add 1-1/2 cups of the potato water you boiled the potatoes in.
- When browned add the flour, salt, and pepper. When you no longer see the flour add the beef broth. Stir well and it will start to bubble.
- When it's bubbling add the meatballs and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until the meatballs are done and gravy is thickened.
- Rice the potatoes add in the butter, milk, and cheese. Add in the spices and parsley, mix by folding the potatoes until the mixture is incorporated well.
- Add the sour cream and fold well. Add to the plate with a crater in the middle.
