Scoop the avocado flesh with a spoon into the blender jar and blend until smooth. Add a little water, if necessary, to achieve a pourable texture. Season to taste with additional chile, lime juice. The photo with the very large chunks of avocado is not mine. I actually slice the avocado into small short slivers before adding to the salsa in the last step never using large chunks.
