- Then add gram flour and blend it well. Add 2 cups of water.
- Turn on the flame on slow, add jaggery,salt, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Spare few curry leaves for tempering.
- Then heat ghee and prepare tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, clove,cinnamon, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Then add this tempering into kadhi.
- Cook for few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander. Can replace jaggery with sugar.
