  11. Prepare 1 tsp curry leaves
  12. Make ready 1/4 Tsp asafoetida
  13. Prepare to taste salt

Steps to make Fajeto:
  1. In a bowl add yoghurt and besan and mix together and keep aside. To this add mango pulp purée
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and add mustard and cumin seeds When the seeds starts to crackle add curry leaves and hing powder.
  4. Now add coarsely pound cinnamon cloves and ginger powder and sauté.Add red chilli, ginger green chilli powder and stir.
  5. Add turmeric powder and sauté. Now add curd mango mixture and stir. Now add 2 cups of water and stir.
  6. Cook for 5 to 7 mins on a low medium flame stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and roti.
