Add curd and knead the dough for 5 minutes properly. Then grease the dough with oil and cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Knead the dough for minute and divide into equal balls. Take a portion and roll using maida for dusting. Keep it a little thick so that it puffs up. Now heat oil in a pan and add bhatura when the oil is very hot. Tap with a spoon if it doesn't puff up. Fry till golden from both sides. Finally, serve hot with chole.
