- Chop onions, garlic and leek.
- Cut sea bass in small squares of about an inch thick.
- Add a little bit of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pre-heat a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and fish squares. Make sure its cooked on both sides.
- Once the fish is cooked, put it on a heat resistant container.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil, onions, garlic, and leek. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add wine and stir for another minute, then add the sour cream. Don't let it boil.
- Add cream to fish squares and mix well.
- Add parmesan on top and put it on the oven.
- Broil it for 30 minutes.
