- Prepare 1 cup boiled chana(chickpeas)
- Prepare 1 cup curd
- Get 1 black cardamaom
- Prepare 2-3 green cardamom

- Get 5-6 black pepper
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon hing/asafoetida

- Get 3 tsp Ghee
Instructions to make Chana Madra:
- Pre soaked the chana overnite and boil them with salt. Now add ghee in a khadi fry the dry fruits and keep them aside. Now in the same pan add the whole masala, hing turmeric powder and red Chile powder.
- Now mix the masala and lower the flame then add the curd. Cook it in low flame. When oil starts coming out add the chana. Add salt to taste.
- When it is cooked add the fried dry fruits. Let it cook for 1-2 mins. You can also add panner or potatoes to it
