- Take 2 cups refined flour (maida)
- Prepare 1/4 cup semolina (Suji)
- Get 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- Take 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Take as required Lukewarm water for kneading dough

Steps to make Chana Bhatura:
- Wash chana and chana dal and soak overnight.
- In the morning take a cooker and put soaked chana, amla powder and salt and pressure cook it for 20 minutes on sim after first whistle on high flame.
- Grind ginger, garlic and tomatoes in a mixer. Take a pan, add oil and sauté dry ingredients now add ground masala in it, fry till it leaves oil. Now add chana masala sauté it mix it in boiled chana & cook for 5 minutes.
- For bhatura dough, mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough using lukewarm water and rest if for at least 2 hrs.
- Make balls of dough and roll it and fry in oil.
- Serve bhatura with chana and onion green chilli and mango pickle.
