  8. In a pressure cooker,heat ghee and add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
  9. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
  10. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute till the raw smell goes off.
  11. Add water to stop cooking.
  12. Add salt and other dry spices.
  13. Mix well so that all spices are incorporated well and simmer till it starts leaving oil.
  14. Add boiled chickpeas and add more water to make gravy.
  15. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and then switch off the gas. Serve hot with bhaturas and salad.
