- Cut off fish head and cut fish and debone.
- Cut fish into chunks and spice with spices and pounded ginger and garlic.
- Preheat grill @ 200°c
- Get a foil paper and turn fish mix into it. Drizzle in Olive oil.
- Place foil on baking tray and put into grill for 30 mins or till cooked.
- Slice Pepper and Onion. Bring fish out, garnish with pepper and Onion, then wrap foil. Return back to grill for 5mins.
- Serve with any meal of choice as side dish.
