- Take 2 bunches spinach
- Take 1 cup tomato puree
- Get 200 gram paneer
- Prepare 2 tbsp curd
- Get 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)

- Take 1/2 tsp jeera
- Take 1 cinnamon stick
- Get 1 Tsp chilli powder

- Get 1.5 tsp salt
Steps to make Dhaba Style Palak Paneer:
- Clean and wash spinach and boil it for 15 mins. After boiling, let it cool completely then grind it with very less or no water(don't throw the spinach water).
- In a kadhai heat oil, add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick, after1 min roast besan(gram flour) when it starts turning light brown, add tomato puree, mix besan and Puree.
- Add all the spices.
- Once tomato puree is fully cooked, add curd and mix it.
- Few minutes later, add the spinach puree in the kadai and mix it properly, if you feel it is thick we can add the leftover spinach water.
- Now cook spinach gravy on low flame and add cream, meanwhile cut the paneer into triangle shape, then add them to gravy and cook for few more minutes.
- Dhaba style palak paneer is ready to relish, garnish it with grated paneer and serve it with paratha or chapatis.
