  4. Add curd and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add soaked rice and saute on medium flame.
  5. Add 5 glasses of water and let the rice cook.
  6. When water is almost absorbed then add chopped coriander and garam masala powder and lower the flame and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
