- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Prepare 2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice mix from recipe above
If you can serve with pickled cabbage and an egg hard-boiled in soy sauce and anise. I'd also recommend using VERY thin-cut bone-in pork chops if you can find them– it makes a big. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in a non-metallic baking dish. Sprinkle on the five spice powder, then drizzle over the soy sauce and garlic oil.
