- Grind the mince meat into a fine paste and marinate it with raw papaya paste and salt for an hour.
- After an hour, add the dry masala powder, masala paste and gram flour to the marinated meat.
- Shape them into any shape of your choice and shallow fry them in ghee, turning them occasionally. Remember to put on the lid. This will be ready in 15 mins.
- Place a burning coal in the middle of the pan wherein the meat will be cooked. Pour a spoon of ghee on the burning coal and put the lid on.
- Keep this undisturbed for 10 mins. This will allow the smoke to spread evenly. Remove the coal.
- Serve them hot garnished with onion rings or slices of tomatoes and capsicum.
