Instructions to make Dual Kabab Burger:
  1. Finely chop onion, tomatoes,chillies and even the kababs
  2. Put 2-3 tsp oil in wok, heat it @medium flame and put cumin seeds now lower the flame and put red chilli (putting red chilli directly in oil gives a nice colour) and onion.
  3. Once the onion colour changes a little put ginger garlic paste and put all the spice except salt (turmeric, coriander, oregano) now saute for 1-2mins on low flame.
  4. Put chopped chillies and tomatoes and sprinkle salt to taste (put little salt as kababs also have some salt in it). Now cover with lid and cook for 1-2 mins.
  5. Now put the chopped kababs and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins, keep checking in between. After this the kabad will be little soft and u can smash them a little more. Don't make a paste.
  6. Beat the eggs and whisk them. Cut the burger buns horizontally.
  7. Heat a swallow pan put the burger in it bake a little now remove.Put some butter now put some whisked egg and put the burger on it. Fry until egg is cooked then remove.
  8. Now apply some pasta or tomato sauce over egg fried burger side and put fried stuffing kabab, put a slice of cheese. You can sprinkle oregano or seasoning as per your choice now cover it with the other side of the burger. Make all the burgers in the same way. Once all are done microwave it for 1 min before serving. Serve it with any sauce or spread of your choice. I used fun foods sandwich spread Cheese &Chilli.
