- In a pan add the chicken breast cut in pieces, add 1/2 cup water, knorr seasoning, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.
- Add the yogurt, soya milk, dried oregano, cheese and stir. I also added some corn starch, to make it less watery. Transfer this mixture into the pot with the pasta and mix. Enjoy!!
Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy! To serve, drain penne and broccoli; arrange on serving platter. While pasta is cooking, in a skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Stir in tomatoes and cook stirring for another minute or so or until skin starts to blister. Drain pasta mixture; add to the skillet.
