- Add in the grated carrots and fold into the cake batter
- Add in the raisins if you're using
- Preheat your oven at 200°
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly to incorporate properly
- Grease baking pan with butter and pour in your cake batter. Leave enough room for the cake to rise
- Bake for 30minutes or depending on the size of your baking pan. Otherwise bake till evenly browned on top and a tester inserted in the middle of the cake comes out free of crumbs
- Serve with drink of choice.
