- turn fire down to med with remaining oil left in pan add Lipton beefy onion mix and 2 cups of beef broth stir briskly until dissolved
- Take remaining broth and mix with pioneer brown gravy mix until dissolved then add to pan.
- add steak to pan making sure to add all the yummy juices that has dripped from the steak. turn fire on low let cook for 45-50 mins or until tender
- if you need more gravy you can use the 2 cups of water I normally use just 1 cup of water
Sprinkle front and back side of each steak piece and rub deep into groves of steak. Heat oil to medium high in skillet (cast iron is best). Dredge each piece in flour, press in with finger tips. Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef.
