  1. Make the salsa by adding the tomato, onions, chillies, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix through.
  2. Layer the chips in a large microwavable plate, top with sauce then the salsa.
  3. Lastly add the grated cheese and let it cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 mins or till the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy. SERVES 4
