  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  14. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  15. Take 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  16. Make ready 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  18. Make ready 3/4 tsp sriracha
  19. Get 1 sour cream to garnish
