- Make ready 1 small Fresh Tuna steak
- Prepare 1/4 cup rough chopped, unsalted cashews
- Take 1 Low sodium Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce- to taste
- Get 1 tsp Fresh minced garlic
- Take 4 tbsp Sesame oil
Pick and wash the coriander leaves. Combine the salad ingredients with toasted nuts and seeds. Place all the veg along with the edamame in a large bowl. Oil a griddle pan with a little oil (veg or sunflower ideally) and put on the heat to warm.
