- Add the sliced tomatoes with the smashed jinger and garlic.
- Under the same temps star untill the tomatoes are well cooked.
- Add some pepper and salt.
- Add the mix of cabbage and spinach.star continues.
- Cover it with a lid and give it 10 mins or untill the vegetables are medium cooked.
- Add two eggs to the vegetables. Star continuesly untill the are well scrambled and cooked.
