- Add your potatoes and let it cook for 1omins
- The stew is ready
- On your cooking pot add the remaining two cups of water and let it boil
- Add your flour and stir till thick enough
- Let it cook for 15mins in a low heat
- It's ready
- On a frying pan add the remaining oil and let it be warm and add your leafy spinach steam for 2mins
