- Get 1 Fresh Grated Parmasean Cheese
- Take 1 tsp Each Salt & Pepper
- Get 1/3 cup EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Place broccoli florets, mushrooms, butternut squash, zucchini, squash, bell pepper and onion in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. In a roasting pan, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the butter, oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Drizzle over vegetables; toss to coat.
