- Make syrup of jaggery and water and cook for complete 8 minutes.add lemon juice
- After cooling down boondi add it to hot syrup and mix well and keep it for 5 minutes to come at room temperature
- Add 2 tbsp milk and sugar and mix well.start making laddoos
- Grease your palm with desi ghee and take small amounts of mixture and just squeeze gently for 2 to 3 seconds and use both hands to make small laddoos
