BEST freaking vegetable korma I have EVER had. I modified the recipe slightly to suit my own needs (I used organic canola oil instead of vegetable oil, and I used honey instead of sugar; I used a bit more potatoes & green beans than called for; and I think I probably had more cashews than called for).   3. Stir & Add 3/4 cup of water, salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4th tsp of cumin powder, cinnamon & red chilli powder according to ur spice level.
  4. Once the veggies are almost cooked, add coconut milk & stir gently. allow it cook for another 5 mins in sim. sprinkle cinnamon powder & adjust the salt if needed.
  5. Enjoy with cooked rice.
