I modified the recipe slightly to suit my own needs (I used organic canola oil instead of vegetable oil, and I used honey instead of sugar; I used a bit more potatoes & green beans than called for; and I think I probably had more cashews than called for). - Once the veggies are almost cooked, add coconut milk & stir gently. allow it cook for another 5 mins in sim. sprinkle cinnamon powder & adjust the salt if needed.
- Enjoy with cooked rice.
