- Marinate the beef in the lemongrass marinade for no less than 30 minutes. The more time the better
- Using a grill pan over high heat, heat up 2 tbls of vegetable oil and sear cook the beef to your liking. Pour the leftover marinade a minute before removing the beef from the heat. The extra marinade will make the beef juicier when serving.
- Remove from heat and allow beef to rest before serving with plain rice or flat bread
