- Line 2 trays of a dehydrator and dry on 45°c for about 6 hours. Cool and store in airtight container for upto 1 month. You can spread on baking tray and put in oven 150°c for 10mins instead of dehydrator.
- At the same time I dehydrated a pineapple which I will chop up and add the the mix.
Homemade Granola is perfect for yogurt toppings and to toss in cereal! Better yet its easy to make. I think the brown sugar is what really brings out the flavor and I would add a touch more to it. This granola recipe is also a far more healthy granola option, since it's made with whole grains, unrefined oil and naturally sweetened.
