  1. Finhacka vitlök & lök
  2. Skiva tomater (på längden)
  3. Koka tomat, linser, salt, gurkmeja, hing-pulver i 600 ml vatten i 20-25 min

  4. Hetta upp gee i en stekpanna
  5. Tillsätt kummin & senapsfrö
  6. Vänta tills senapsfröna slutar knäppa
  7. Tillsätt vitlök
  8. Rör i 30 sek
  9. Riv isär chilis i 7-8 bitar
  10. Tillsätt chilis & curryblad
  11. Puttra i 1 min
  12. Häll över allt över linserna
  13. Finhacka färsk koriander
  14. Tillsätt garam masala & färsk koriander
  15. Puttra i 3 min
