- Onion cut into thin slice. If you can’t get thin sliced beef at the supermarket, You go to the meat shop and ask to stuff that “could you sliced it ? Like prosciutto” I think they can do it. I recommend a little greasy beef.
- Put the all seasoning in the pot and turn over high heat. You can get dashi powder at the Asian shop.
- Before it boiling, add beef, onion and grated ginger and mix.
- When it comes boiling, turn most row heat and cook for 30 minutes.
- Save it on the warm rice. Enjoy ♡
