  1. In bowl mix dry ingredients
  2. In another bowl mix eggs and milk
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. And spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. (I like using parchment paper)
  4. Cut breast into two pieces of equal thickness.
  5. Pound breasts to less than 1/2 inch thick
  6. Dredge meat through crumb mixture.
  7. Dredge through egg mixture
  8. Finally dredge through crumb mixture covering both sides well.
  9. Place on pan and spray top with cooking spray.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  11. Turn over. Spray top with cooking spray.
  12. Bake another 10 -12 minutes until chicken is cooked to temperature.
  13. Breading will be golden brown.
  14. Cover with your gravy
