- In a bowl mash bananas with sugar well.
- Add milk, oil, vanilla, eggs and whisk well to mix till combined
- Add the flour and mix thoroughly
- Transfer to dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 40mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool in tin for 10mins then turn out to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy
