These fudgy cheesecake brownies are made with our favorite chewy brownie recipe, topped with a luxurious layer of cheesecake swirled with some reserved brownie batter. This popular brownie has a creamy cheesecake layer sandwiched between fudgy chocolate layers made chunky with chocolate chips, then swirled with a knife for a marbleized top. Steps to make Cheesecake Brownies:
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and chocolate together until completely smooth. Then, remove it from the heat, pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl and set it aside to cool slightly for 10 or so minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x9" square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, then line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang to easily lift out the finished brownies. Set it aside.
  3. Whisk the granulated sugar into the chocolate and butter mixture. Then whisk in the 3 eggs, one at a time and whisking between each. Then whisk in the vanilla extract.
