It quietly popped up a couple of months ago on Newington Road, but it's been doing a healthy trade and is full of people enjoying their vegetarian Indian menu. I tried many restaurants in Bur Dubai area. but Annakut's thali & Aam ras puri is really awesome. I tried many things in Annakut - Puri bhaji , Pav bhaji, Poha, Dal khichdi, Ras Puri, Haldi wala doodh(On special request when you feel sick).tast exactly like home made food.

  1. Wash and pat dry all veggies than chopped them.
  2. Cut raw banana, potatoes eggplant. Keep in water in bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and hing,add buy leaf, turmeric powder, coriander powder add chopped green chilli, ginger paste, slightly roasted the veggies,keep flame low.
  4. Add chopped veggies,add salt or red chilli powder mix well cook and cover it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Then check sabji.. Add chopped tomatoes mix well and cover again for 5-6 minutes.
  5. When all veggies soft then add garam masala and coriander leaves fry them 2 min.
