  1. Boil cauliflower in water for 5 minute and darin it's water on kitchen towel. Grind it. Grind paneer also.
  2. Paneer and cauliflower put in a plate then add pepper powder, salt and maida to it and mix them all together to make a dough.
  3. Soak Cashew nuts and kashmir red chilli for 30 minutes then make smooth paste.
  4. Take a pan add ghee, add jeera, black pepper, dalchini, javitri, Elaichi to it, now add onions, green chilli,, ginger garlic cook it then tomatoes. Cool them and make a paste.
  5. Take pan. Pour oil in pan. Add grinded paste, cashews nut chilli paste, all pawder spices, sugar and salt in it. Mix it well then let it cool down.
  6. Take the paneer cauliflower daugh and roll it, then spread some prepared spice over it.
  7. Now roll it and then cut it a little bit thicker. Your cauliflower roll is ready.
  8. Then add 2cup water and salt. Cook it. Now add kasuri methi, kevra essence, fresh cream.
  9. Slowly add cauliflower roll in garvy and cook it for 5 min.
  10. Serve it hot with paratha, roti or rice.
